Term & Conditions:

1. Only applicable to bags and is not applicable to C rated items. (Refer to rating guide)
2. Items must remain in the same condition that they were bought in and the rating of the product should not change for you to get the maximum earning. (Refer to rating guide)
3. Don’t worry if it does. We are still happy to take it back. Please note in case the rating changes, the final infinity value will change too. And hence we urge you to keep the receipt, box, packaging, authenticity certificate etc.
4. This facility offers you credit or cash/bank back within 6 months of your purchase. You can avail either store credit of the CC INFINITY amount or you can just relist the item and get the same value once the item is sold through our website in the form of a bank transfer/ cash.
5. The final CC Infinity value will be calculated on the final invoice value in case of discounts.
6. Item purchased using store credit will not eligible for CC Infinity. Instead, they can simply list/consign their items and will get paid once, their item is sold.
7. The CC infinity value can only be claimed within 6 months of the date of purchase.The CC INFINITY credit note is valid for a period of six months and can be redeemed only once and is non transferrable.
8. Please note that the price quoted to you at the time of purchase is the value calculated keeping in mind that there is no change in the condition of the item. If there is any alteration in the condition/usage of the item, your infinity earnings may differ to the initial amount calculated at the time of purchase.
9. The final CC INFINITY value will be evaluated once CC evaluates and inspects the product in person. Please note any shipping costs will have to be borne by you at the time of dispatch to us.
10. Determination of product rating is the sole discretion of Confidential Couture and all the necessary information of the rating derivation is mentioned on our website.
11. Confidential Couture reserves the right to accept/reject products under this scheme and any decision regarding the applicability of CC INFINITY shall be at the sole discretion of Confidential Couture.
