Layaway is a method where you can purchase a product by laying a deposit and paying installments over a fixed period of time as per the plan you choose.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. No exchanges and returns are applicable under this contract.
2. The product booked cannot be changed after entering into a contract.
3. Any additional costs (shipping / cleaning/ repair) are not included in the layaway payments.
4. Transaction will be acceptable as bank transfers only. In case you want to pay cash a processing fee of 2% will be applicable on the total billing amount.
5. Interest Rates are fixed and non-negotiable.
6. The date of sale would be the considered as the date of paying security deposit for your product.
7. The maximum allowed layaway payment period is 90 days. You may pre- pay your total balance with no penalty.
8. Please note that the interest rate shall remain the same according to your contract policies in case of prepayment.
9. Product will be delivered after the last installment has been cleared.
10. Delivery of the product shall be completed within 7-10 business days.
11. Applicable on products worth Rs. 75,000/- and above each.

Please note the following:

Incase of delay in paying installments:

Layaway payments are due on the same date each month following the first purchase.
If your payment is late, a penalty of 2% of the installment amount will be applicable for each day after date of installment has passed.

In case you fail to pay an installment

The order shall be considered cancelled a day before your next installment date and the amount deposited shall be forfeited.

In case of cancellation of sale by customer

The security deposit is non-refundable. The amount deposited at the time of booking shall be forfeited.
