Confidential Couture aims to make the process of returns hassle-free for its customers. As a seller, you can choose to return your item whether you are consigning it or listing it with us. Should you wish to cancel/amend/recall your products from us, you need to contact us on support@confidentialcouture.com or +91 88266 69157 with the details. Our experts will then start the process of return!

Terms & Conditions

Please note that return requests are time-bound. If you have multiple items listed or consigned with us, a one-time fee is applicable. However, if you decide to keep the rest of the products listed with us and return a few, return charges will be applicable should you wish to recall other products at a different time.
Please note that any restoration/repair done to improve the condition category of your product/s will be chargeable at return before or after the contract period is over.
Also, no returns will be accepted once the product is delivered to the buyer unless the buyer cancels the order themselves.
Confidential Couture does not take guarantee for the return of an item if your products are already on their way to the buyer as delivery and shipments are carried out by a third-party courier service. While you might have requested for a return, we cannot guarantee it.
A seller may process a purchase on a consignment payment basis only if the payment is scheduled to be completed within the next two payment cycles. The full payment must be settled in a single transaction. Any remaining balance can only be issued as a credit note, and encashment of the credit note is not permitted.
The contract will automatically renew after the 90 business-day period unless written notice is provided by either party to initiate return. The company retains the right to sell the item until it is physically returned to Seller.
