Keeping up our promise of a hassle-free shopping experience, we make sure we offer easy returns. Should you not be happy with a purchase from us, don’t sweat; we have got you covered. You can either return your purchase with another item, get a credit note, or opt for a refund.

Terms and Conditions

The discretion of accepting a return against a credit note or refund is the discretion of the company.
Returns/Exchange are not allowed for items viewed in person either through private viewing, open deliveries or any special request.
Please note that any returns/exchange request will not be honored if the product is being sold under any sale, promotion and last chance to buy. International shipments cannot be returned. However, Confidential Couture can help list the product and resell it on a quick basis. You can also avail CC Infinity, a service of buy back by Confidential Couture. Shipping charges are excluded in refund and credit note and are non-refundable. All refunds are in a form of bank transfer only, irrespective of the mode of payment to us.
A return shipping fee of Rs.500 will be levied regardless of order cancellation or exchange/refund or you can choose to send it directly to us.
Returns/Exchange are not applicable on apparel, and some accessories.
Booking: A minimum of 20% is required to securely reserve a product.
Cancellation made within 7 days of payment are eligible for a refund after 2% deduction as handling fee.
All refunds are proceed within 30 business days from the date of return.
Please note: For products sourced externally or on special request, once a booking payment has been made, the amount is non-refundable in case the client is unable or unwilling to complete the full payment due to any reason. In such cases, the booking amount shall be forfeited.
