Our in-house team of experts undertakes pricing. We consider several criteria including, but not limited to, original retail price, brand, style, age, condition, availability and demand.

If you wish to take your product back, you could pay pre-mature contract charges of INR 5000/- and request your Consignment Manager. Use the Seller returns .

Prices may be reduced under the following situations:

1. When a buyer makes a fair and reasonable offer for the product.
2. When the market value of the model changes due to economic factors.
3. When the contact or listing period has expired.
4. When other relevant factors arise that may help encourage the sale of the product.

If you do not wish to reduce the price, the seller may request a return.

Payment terms are 30 business days after delivery of product.

Payments are made through bank transfers or cash, subject to T&C. The team shall get in touch with you to confirm your bank details; please ensure they are provided in time.

Products are rejected in case the authentication team declares the product inauthentic after taking expertise of the partners. As per company policy the authentication charges need to be paid by the seller. Or, if the condition of the product is not sellable due to discrepancy in communication and images, the product could be shipped back or picked up from the store.
