BRAND NEW WITH PACKAGING
Item is in New condition and includes one or more of the following: the original box, case, attached retailer tags. Example: An item gifted to the seller who immediately hands it over to us.
NEW
Item appears completely unused. May contain very faint signs of wear due to time & storage. Example: An purchase by the seller that has only made itsappearance in his/her wardrobe.
EXCELLENT
Item contains extremely little wear. Any flaws or signs of wear are not visible to the naked eye and are described in the listing. Example: A bag worn by the seller for say, one event after which it made its way to us
NEAT
Item shows some wear and signs of previous use, but still has a lot of life in it. Slightly worn corners, creases in leather, and tarnished hardware may be visible. Any notable flaws or signs of wear are described in the listing.
GOOD
Item does show moderate signs of prior use. Surface scratches, slight darkening in handles, imperfections in metallic hardware and other indications of wear may be visible. Such signs of wear or imperfections will be noted in the listing. Example: A bag that was worn 2-3 times a week for a few months
SATISFACTORY
Item will have noticeable signs of wear such as well scuffed edges or significant scratches. Please read the condition notes in the listing and inspect photos before purchasing. Fair condition items often present our customers with the greatest opportunity to save significantly on authentic luxury bags

Confidential Couture aims to make the process of returns hassle-free for its customers. As a seller, you can choose to return your item whether you are consigning it or listing it with us. Should you wish to cancel/amend/recall your product/s from Us, you need to contact us on support@confidentialcouture.com or +91 88266 69157 with the details. Our experts will then start the process of return!

Terms:
- Please note that return requests are time bound. If you have multiple items listed or consigned with us, a one-time fee is applicable. However, if you decide to keep the rest of the products listed with us, and return a few, return charges will be applicable should you wish you recall other products at a different time.
- Please note that any restoration/reapair done to improve the condition category of your product/'s will be chargeable at return before or after the contract period is over.
- Also, no returns will be accepted once the product is delivered to the buyer unless the buyer cancels the order themselves.
- Confidential Couture does not take guarantee for the return of an item if your products are already on their way to the buyer as delivery and shipments are carried out by a third-party courier service. While you might have requested for a return, we cannot guarantee it.
