Each piece is authenticated, inspected and documented before dispatch. As our collection consists largely of unique preloved luxury pieces.
Return Circumstances
- The product received differs materially from the listing or an incorrect product was sent.
- Please note that any returns/exchange request will not be honored if the product is being sold under any sale, promotion and last chance to buy. International shipments cannot be returned. However, Confidential Couture can help list the product and resell it on a quick basis.
- The product was damaged during transit, supported by unboxing video evidence.
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video.
- Approved returns must be unused and include original tags, dustbags and packaging.
